February Workshop- "The Softening: A Self-Love & Heart-Opening Circle"

February feels like a quiet turning inward- a month that invites us to listen more closely to ourselves and to soften where we've learned to armor up. This month's focus is self-compassion and emotional trust and safety and it has been sitting with me deeply, both personally and in the work I do with others.

So many of us were taught to question our feelings, minimize our needs, or push through discomfort rather than honor it. Self-compassion asks something different of us. It asks us to pause. To offer ourselves the same grace we so freely give to others. And emotional trust grows when we allow our feelings to be messengers- not problems to solve or silence.

This month is an invitation to rebuild that trust within yourself. To believe that your emotions are valid. That your inner voice deserves to be…
