Rooted Expression: A Ritual Tea & Journaling Gather

Rooted Expression is a chair and floor-seated ritual gathering where everyone- men and women come together in circle to slow down, reflect and reconnect.

Through intentional tea, journaling, reflection and meditation; we create space to listen inward and root into what's ready to be expressed.

Each monthly gathering offers guided prompts, intuitive writing, optional creative exploration and shared conversation.

February feels like a quiet turning inward- a month that invites us to listen more closely to ourselves and to soften where we've learned to armor up. This month's focus is self-compassion and emotional trust and safety and it has been sitting with me deeply, both personally and in the work I do with others.
