Rooted Expression: A Ritual Tea & Journaling Gather (1)

Rooted Expression is a chair and floor-seated ritual gathering where everyone- men and women come together in circle to slow down, reflect and reconnect.

Through intentional tea, journaling, reflection and meditation; we create space to listen inward and root into what's ready to be expressed.

No prior journaling experience is needed. This is about showing up, exploring what's present and being held in community.

Bring your favorite journal or notebook, an open heart and come as you are.

Exchange: $20.00.

Community Care Exchange $15.00 for active teachers, first responders and veterans.
