A Morning Ritual for Grounding
Dear Friend,
Each day offers us a chance to begin again, to step into our lives with intention. One of the simplest rituals I’ve found is greeting the morning with presence.
Before reaching for my phone or diving into the to-do list, I light a candle, close my eyes, and take three slow breaths. With each inhale, I welcome clarity. With each exhale, I release what doesn’t serve me.
It takes less than five minutes, yet it changes the energy of my whole day.
Maybe tomorrow, you’ll try this too. Begin with breath. Begin with light. Begin with you.
